TR Class & their rifles

Sorry but the best part of yoga is my hot wife in Lulu.

I think the limit with CG will be the rear sights. They are meant for a max of 600 yards and limited elevation range as a result.

I have a spacer to raise the rear to give enough elevation for 1K, but I am not sure if there is enough windage to deal with strong condition. Guess I'll have try and see.

Respectfully, the limit on the Carl Gustav is not just the back sight. The action is much more flimsy than the tubular solid lock-ups of any of the more competitive rifles on the firing line. The backsight is easily overcome with a two-step front sight base. The higher one for short range, the lower step for long range. The disadvantage is having to remember which base needs which rear sight settings - and the time on the range to learn. But the upside is a more consistent cheek weld.
