Gps on coyote

Throw it into the back of some-ones truck you don't like

Seriously drop it of at MNR or sit it on kitchen table & let them come pick it up.

There's usually a reward attached to the return of a radio collar or GPS tracking device. Even if there weren't, I'd encourage you to return it because to do otherwise will screw with someone's research.
