"Non-factory"? The Mossberg Bullpup shotgun is a factory product.

But its STOCK is deemed to be a prohibited device.

That was my understanding, that it was like that from the factory.... so, some bullpup designs are ok, and some aren't.... makes about as much sense as the rest of the gun laws in Canada.

I had one, they were easy to get before the prob. listing. Fun gun. I haven't seen one in years.
