Bored...I wanna bling up a G22 until the snow flies. Where can I buy some Glock goodies to play with? The reason I ask is the border issue. I bought a handle plug from brownells with no issues buit it was $7 or close to that.

Any and all ideas are welcome...:)

ya but I want to hear experiences as shipping regs and protocols change all the time. Brownells, Rock your Glock etc are not the same as they were, and I dont want to waste time, breal laws etc.

If ya dont wanna participate ...don't.:)

ok.....

Brownells still ships to Canada, under $100.00, and the company must be registered on the export list and paid up. You can email Sandy at Brownells for the list so your order does not get cancelled. There great to deal with.

I bought barrels direct from lonewolf dist. and that was just a hair under 99 bucks. no issues. I assume anything else that lonewolf sells should be good to go. I had issues with rockyourglock, glock doctor, and glock meister.

If you visit my sticky at the top of the Black Rifle Forums on import from Brownells, you'll get a link of all manuf doing business through Brownells who are registered and able to export. If you wanted to go over that 100 limit that Brownells imposes, then its a good tutorial to follow.

When I got bored with my G22,
I bought a:

G 27
G23
G35

and then I bought a:
9mm/.40 conversion barrel
.357 SIG conversion barrel
.22 LR AA conversion complete top end.

Truthfully,
these days I shoot mostly .22 LR for practice,
BUT,
I sure do like that .357 SIG cartridge ....
100 yd capable with .357 Magnum duplicate ballistics ...
preferably in a Glock carbine conversion kit with an optical sight.

SEE,
boredom problems with that boring old Glock are solved,

My Glocks all get the ultimate trigger stop from Glockparts.com . It gives you an almost zero reset travel. Don't adjust it too tight tho. My G29 has the lightning strike trigger assy as well but for the slightly shorter trigger pull it's kinda pricey.
Mine also have the usual upgrades, extended mag release, extended slide release, ghost ultimate 3.5 connector, 4lb hammer spring ,and titanium plunger. The one upgrade I'm still on the fence about is the NY1 trigger spring vs the traditional style competition trigger spring. (I'm leaning toward the competition trigger spring as I think it makes for a crisper break.) The big trick with all Glocks is to Polish the feed ramp and trigger bars to a mirror finish.

Have fun

What he said x 2. If you get bored just buy the G20 or G29. The 10mm cartridge will put a smile on your face!

Polished the brl to a bright shine and all the guts...Waiting on someone to see when they are gonna sell me a \G22 steel oprod.

Well you can't have mine, but Questar has s/s ones for about $30, or glockparts.com $18us. , or rockyourglock.com $19us. Rock your Glock is out of stock on the common sizes of the heavier Tungsten units $45us. All you have to do is break out the credit card.
