How do you store handgun`s????

I am just about ready to say fu#k these stupid trigger locks and throw them a side they are so wide and have that stupid shaft they cause havok in my safe and are starting to piss me off..

I have seen all most every kind of rack and hanger around problem is my stupid safe is not deep and the top shelf sucks .The shelf is to high and I am getting scraches putting them up there. I also dont want to drill into my safe because thats hard pushing and to much work with a drill ..I am going to my work monday to weld something up...

What I am looking for is some idea`s on what to build or maybe show me what you do to store
 
i zap strapped holsters to the door of my safe for pistols. papers/mags/locsk up top
rifles shotguns and ammo down below i get a lot of stuff in my small safe

but trigger locks are for transport. in this case.
 
Funny coincidence...I just posted the same question in another forum because I too do not store pistols in my gun vault with trigger locks....and seems like it is legal to do so if it is a "gun safe"
 
Not to derail this thread but.... So much for quality instruction during the CFC course.

Are you suprised? I listened to a cop at a recent gun auction telling people their NON-RESTRICTEDS needed to be trigger locked and encased to transport or they would be charged..... Even the cops don't seem to know the law (or care) anymore....

You put a "S" at the end of "cop", insinuating you meant plural.



Have you tried a Cable lock? I use them for transport and storage, works fine.
