Any Edmonton area F-class shooters out there?

Keep an eye out for the clinics or matches at the Homestead range - the APRA posts them on their website. We typically run three clinics (2 in the spring and 1 in the fall). Matches are not that stressful and new shooters are welcome - the clinic will run you through a 10+2 round match at 400m and again at 800m. We normally run 2x 1 day matches and an aggregate of the two days (so showing up on 1 day is ok) each month throughout the shooting year - April to October, weather permitting.

CGN "Scout" and "Inspector" are both top notch F-Class shooters; Insp. is in Leduc. The season has pretty well wrapped-up but keep your eyes peeled here and in the Competitions forum because we try and announce the upcoming F-Class matches out west. Feel free to email me if you have any questions. Although I am a BC boy, I can tell you what to look for on the APRA website. We are not very good about advertising what TYPE of matches we hold... we give them goofy names like the so-and-so memorial, or "The running of the V-Bulls" and the fact that these are F-CLass matches is often not very clear

I might make the trek out. I love it out there. As long as it's after April (final year of University) as my exams finish up that month. It'll give me some time to order up a new barrel.... Perhaps a 260
