Another new XCR stock adapter

Can someone approve my order list?

x1-Dlask M4 Stock adapter
x1-Dlask Ambi sling attachment
x1-Buffer tube commercial
x1-Lock ring
x1-Magpul commercial CTR

I just have one question. Does the buffer tube require the spring, and buffer assembly if installed on the stock adapter? Also would a buffer tube+assembly make it across the border if under $100? If not could someone suggest somewhere to get one for under $100.

yep, I've ordered those parts from Brownells before, as long as the TOTAL price is under 100 dollars. And no you don't need the buffer and buffer spring, you just need the buffer tube, lock nut and the stock (and Dlask has the adapter and the sling plate you need)

For the lock nut just go with the Brownells or DPMS lock nut (whichever one is like 5 bucks)... Also, if you don't have a lock nut wrench, grab one of those as well, I dont think they count as "gun parts" and wont add to the total. If you have a buddy or already have the lock nut wrench, then disregard.

Get the mil-spec tube and CTR, dont even piss around with the commercial variant. It should be the same price.

I got a UBR just waiting to be put on my XCR.

Without a keyway under the buffer tube thread, the UBR will not work with this adapter.

Thanks for the quick response! I just read another thread about someone getting there stock seized at the border. Say I wanted to order my magpul CTR from the states is it barred from export even being under $100.00?

I got mine from Brownells as well, but that was over a year ago... You may have to pay a little more, but you should be able to get them up here... shipping will be faster and you wont have to worry about it being seized

From my understanding as long as you buy it from someone that is a licensed exporter than you shouldn't have any issues.

My Dlask order arrived the other day, and I just have to say that it is a definite improvement visually, and I like the idea of the set screw. No more trying to align the buffer tube and getting the nut to tighten.

Just order the CTR stock the day after the lock ring and the buffer tube. Shipping is usually pretty cheap from Brownells so it may cost an extra 10 bucks at MOST.

Kudos out to Squidz and Dlask for this piece of kit. I just picked up my rifle today and had some extra goodness ready to install.
