No personal experience but I have heard of mixed reviews of the Huber. I believe Timney is planning on bringing out a trigger specifically for the husky, but they were forecasting at least a year before starting development (that was several months ago). Tradewinds, or husky (can't remember for sure) made an adjustable trigger specifically for the husky many years ago. They do show up occasionally, but are hard to find available. Personally, if I couldn't wait, I'd run a timney if I was willing to inlet the stock for the safety.

I'm satisfied with the Huber trigger in my Husqvarna. They give you about as good of a pull as you're going to get out of a Mauser type trigger mechanism that pulls the sear out of engagement with the firing pin.

The Huber is both well made and a neat idea, but the range of movement is limited by the safety slots. When I adjusted mine,I ended up with lots of travel and a clean let-off.This was quite an improvement over the off the scale pull it had.Hoping for even more I asked for some trigger work when I had the barrel shortened,I got a note back TRIGGER SUX:D A Timmey M-98 trigger with safety can be fitted using modifications like the Zastava Mauser triggers( Mark X,Charles Daly, Remington M-798).Or have a gunsmith or yourself do a single stage Mauser trigger tune-up. Timmey use to make a HVA model.

As far as I know the Tradewinds/Timney is the only one where you can easily keep the factory safety. They were factory installed in the upper range guns. I know where one is,if anyone is looking.

Got a timney on mine and couldn`t be happier with it.If you reload for it,and it is 30.06, drop me a pm and I will let you know my favorite load.
