I am not sure about an adjustable one, but I can give the 110% recommendation to Trev at ht tp://coyotem1a.com/ for the removable cloth style cheek rest. It is an awesome Canadian made item to high standards. The only downside? It is set to one height for the set-up you have, you just have to order the right height.
Then again, once the straps are cinched in tight it doesn't move, and I didn't have to drill the stock and/or install adjustable screws to snag on everything. Most adjustables I seen looked flimsy and had big knobs I knew would be a problem.
