BEST QUALITY .45???? para, spring or kimber?

For a few dollars more you can get a STI Trojan. Great pistol, well made and if you want to get it plated fill your boots.

If it has to be under $1K, buy a Norinco for $349, change the sights and have Dlask or any good smith do is magic with the trigger. You will have a gun that is likely better than most entry level 1911's. I have a grand tied up into my Norc and don't regret it. Gun eats everything, extremely accurate and runs like a top.

I never had a USP, so here was a Stainless .45. I had to get it.

In the new year I will decide on the Platinum or the Tac Ops.
Both are beautiful Pistols.

Great purchase on your part, nothing but praise for the current crop of Sigs.
and for the Price!! Can't be beat.

I tried but apparently the rechargeable batteries were dead, so sometime after they are charged you might get a picture! I even had it all posed up with my Kershaw through the trigger guard and two crossed magazines.

I actually got it at a good time, Sig was having a promotion or something anyways it came with 4 mags instead of 2. I can't afford to shoot it now for a while, but I honestly believe I have the best "production" made 1911.

Besides, the Sig 1911 is the only truely unique looking 1911. Almost every other 1911 looks like it was made from the same cookie cutter. Adding the "Sig" style to the 1911 brought it into the modern age while still retaining compatibly with the older parts.

The "square" profile really makes this pistol have an aggressive appearance, far more than the standard rounded profile. It looks best in a full size 5" setup as well. I handled the C3 a few times but found it too small and short for me, and it almost sold me off of the Sig and onto the Colt RailGun. I stuck to my love of Sig Sauer and by golly I was rewarded.

I love my sig c3. I have medium size hands and it fits me perfectly. Mind you I also have a full size norc that is good, but I am really into ccw/compact size pistols right now. I have the Sig P229 SAS gen1 in a .40, a sig P239 SAS gen1 in a 9mm, and I need a nice compact 1911 and the C3 was the answer. Much, Much better then the officer size para I had. That thing was a piece of ####.
