So I see that the nomination forms were supposed to have been received by the election chairman no later than Oct 31... The postmark on the envelope which delivered that notice and the form was Oct 26th... That leaves 4 business days since the time the forms were MAILED to the time the returned forms were supposed to have been RECEIVED BACK... So that's 4 days for Canada Post to deliver the original package and then to deliver a return one back. A little unrealistic, I think, without the use of couriers
