I was shooting my CZ-858 recently, previous to this trip I had not shot it for about 6 months, I noticed quite often, I would chamber a round, shoot one round, and the trigger was not reset
I then would curse, work the action, chamber another round and it would fire, the next one would not reset the trigger. . .
, I would look @ the rounds that did not fire and they had dimples on the primers.
I tried the same ammo in my SKS and they worked just fine.
Both rifles were clean. The only thing that I can think of is that the CZ-858 was a bit dry, however I sprayed in some clp, and it seemed to lessen the problem, although it cropped up again and again. The magazines for this rifle are new and tight, but in good shape.
Any suggestions?
Edit: I was not limpwristing the rifle, it was tucked in nice and tight.
