Well, it's a reloading tool for 32-40, was made by Marlin, and a cheapie round ball mould.
Um, put it on Fleabay and find out what is worth (when you sell it).

The Winchester tools oftens run around 75 to 100$. I would guess a bit less for a Marlin 1 in good shape but this one looks like its been filed a bit...........guessing 50 to 75$.

Ball mold was thown in ,probably toss it.
This guy must be living in a dream world then.
