What does witnessed mean? Never heard of that.
 
by saying "witnessed" is just for the people who had a concern the tags were not on the deer in the photo. There are others who have seen the deer and the tags, including both of us and two other members of this site so no one needs to bother about the anti's and legalities etc. with the photo's, as I know i'm not concerned, just happy.

you got some weird rules for tagging out there.

I apply the tag right after I get the critter loaded on the quad, (or rigged up to drag) so after all the gutting but before transporting.

And I did one this way while chatting to a CO who watched me gut the dam thing :D


Oh and nice deer, and wife :D
