First off I dont want to get a .22lr conversion for my 9mm CZ75B. I want a different gun. I was just wondering, out of the Rugers, Brownings,S & W, Beretta, etc, etc, who make a .22lr pistol that would closely feel like your shooting a CZ . I also don't want to spend more than $500 new.

I know the Ruger 22 45 is supposed to resemble shooting a 1911, so would that feel similar to the CZ as well.

Again, I know a .22lr conversion kit would be the best, but I do want to buy another gun all together.

You can buy a complete CZ 75 Kadet instead of just the conversion kit. The price is more than $500, but that's as close as it gets.

I second the GSG idea, after purchase a 9mm 1911, the gun give me the same feeling as handle a CZ or Beretta, so I think their design nature and style are pretty close and a 1911 is a joy to boot.

There's a few options.

Browning Buckmark URX model at Cabela's Canada for $415
S&W 22A at Frontier Firearms for $350
GSG 1911-22 from Blueline for $400
Same from Dlask but with a trigger job for about $60 more.

There's others but from my own experience or reading frequent reports of issues these are the ones that I would buy. The Sig Mosquito is a nice looking gun but some playing with it to get it to shoot reliably seems to be common.

Consider the Tanfoglio Force 22, available from Freedom Ventures.

They have it listed at C$599.

The cz kadet is a cz 75 so that is about as close to a cz 75 as you are going to get.But if you want another gun there are many.A used S+W would be a good pick. 422, 622, 2206 ,22a, mod 41,Ruger,etc,etc,etc,

Clamped into vises or used of bags the Ruger may or may not win. But hand held and shot free style the one I've shot made similar size groups as the Rugers that I've shot or that I can shoot with my own .22's. YMMV depending on how steady your hands are but the gun itself is better than most of the people holding it.
