Well i have not really posted many pics of my animals in the past few years but this one i have to share we green scored him at 172 2/8 :) shot was between 500-600 yards( fog was coming in and it was last half hour of light you would have done the same thing and i had a good rest) he was on an adjacent ridge I did some rattling and he came up on the other side trying to circle us and the rest is history.

Because no hunting story on here can stay away from the "know your limits" ethics debate for more than 15 posts. It's a CGN rule. d:h:

Especially when you make a great shot like the OP did, some hater will come on and say he was lucky and how it was so irresponsible.

That's why so many folks won't share the true stories, they're tired of getting flamed by gun owners for shooting something. Oh the irony.
