Hi all, just joined, came across this site from the OOD site. I'm recent first time gun owner and shooter, glad I took it up, tons of fun, my only regret is taking up the sport so late in life. Always had airguns growing up, but never introduced to the real thing. A few years ago I decided I'd like to take up hunting, so took the course and got my PAL. Then joined the local gun club and now shoot targets and trap. This summer also got the opportunity to shoot handguns at the local clubs range and man what a challenge and tons of fun. Will be getting my RPAL as soon as the next course is available here. Have a few guns in my collection now, a .22lr, 30-06 and 12 gauge, as well as a few airguns. Also about to inherit a few more additions to the collection, nicest one is a never fired Model 94 .32 Win Spl. Turning into a gun nut, lol! That's about all I can think to say, great site!

Hello and welcome. I don't actually shoot much any more. I am registered with CFC as a collector, and I do that seriously. I think you'll become really interested in handguns, once you start shooting them regularly. Enjoy the site.

Thanks for the welcome all, glad to be here. Hello neighbour, looking at your location, it looks like we are not so close, I'm about 350km north west of Thunder Bay.

Welcome Eagleeye. Sounds like Dryden to me. Do they still shoot trap at the jr ranger facility?

Nice to have you with us. Inherited arms are always a good thing. In the past, when I've got something that I really don't need or want, I've sold it off. I get money I didn't otherwise have, and the buyer gets a deal on a firearm. Win-win, don't ya think?

Thanks all for the welcome

Close, I live closer to V-Bay, out in the bush, but good guess. I'm not sure about jr ranger, I have never been to that facility.
