Why oh why hasn't anyone made an AR looking mag for a 10/22 yet? They would make a killing selling these now with all of the tacticool looking units out there now. I know you can cobble one up with an airsoft mag and some epoxy with a 10 round mag but I'm talking a hi cap 25 round mag. Dare to dream.

There is a shooters ridge 30 rd double stack that sort of has a shorter, ar-type profile, not like a big banana. Not sure how good they are though. Bought one today, trying it out this weekend. It might be for sale on Monday.

I grabbed one too but havent tried it either. The reason I grabbed it is because Ive had a ramline 30 rd. double stack for years thats been great. I looked them up and found out they sold their mags out to shooters ridge. The new one fits better than the old one does, plus I like the cleaning window in the bottom. The curvature is alot straighter than most mags and with the short length it doesnt get in the way when carrying with a sling. If it works good I'll buy another. I bought 2 32. rd promags that fit like s**t and a 25 rd. butler creek that feds like s**t. I have high hopes for the shooters ridge mag.

I guess it isn't actually that much like an ar mag, but its less of a banana than the others. Picked it up at Wholesale in Saskatoon. Never had trouble with the butler creek mags I've got, just don't like how big they are.

those do look better than the longer banana mags. I am assuming that if you look from the front of the mag, the rounds zig zag down the length of the magazine? I wonder if they come in smoke or black ... could be another option for me.

There is an expensive option if you don't mind just having ten rounds. I haven't done it but it many here on CGN have posted pics in which they JB welded the factory 10 round flush mags on top of an AR PMag.....

Hey cbabes ... nice rifle! That looks just like mine, and you got the same couch cover as well!

:D :p

I don't remember how much I paid for those pmags, but they weren't cheap. I originally had two of them but in a dumbass moment, I glues the OEM mag on backwards and it dried before I noticed. Busted the lips of the pmag trying to get it the mag off.

I would have bought some cheap dumbsoft ones and Kryloned 'em.
