Need Info on Canadian Distributor for Beretta Please

Can someone out there tell me who the Canadian Distributor for Beretta handguns is please and also if you know how to get a hold of them. Any info or help on this matter would be much appreciated .

I am not going to name any names but I bought a new Beretta pistol from a dealer in Canada and when I got it the gun never worked so of course they had to send it back. It has been two months and no news. The dealer does not want to contact them and question them as to what is going on, or when they are going to look at it or even if they got it. The dealer tells me it could another 4 to 8 months who knows? I do not think is a proper way to conduct buissness so I want to contact Beretta myself and ask them if this is ok? What do you guys think?

You need to find another dealer, that's poor customer service, a courtesy call is not that inconvenient.
 
What exactly was the problem? The dealer should also tell you where it was sent.
 
They will not tell me anything expect that it was sent back and now it is out of there hands and we wait. I do not want to cause any problems for the Dealer as it may not be his fault. I just want to find out what Beretta's policy is about this sort of thing. I think because it never worked that it should be repaired or replaced as soon as possible.

The dealer won't get in any trouble.
I would really like to know what it wouldn't do and what steps you took yourself, if any, to figure it out. Don't get me wrong, lemons do happen from all manufacturers, I've had a couple myself, but it is very very rare.
 
sounds fishy to be honest you buy from the guy, it doesn't work, you bring it back he doesn't tell you where its going. i'd be telling him to give you the information, or you want a new one, if he does nether, i would threaten to report him to the CFO and the RCMP since by all accounts its yours and you have no idea where it is or if it was even sent.

Exactly what was going through my mind. Also don't forget the BBB, and start a paper trail of correspondence with your contact.
 
He should have no problem telling you where it is, the fact the he WONT, would alarm me.

You own it you should know were it is
