Well ive had an LPA adjustable rear sight for my cz75b for awhile now and ive finally decided i want to get them installed. My question is will the installation of this sight require me to also change the front sight? and if so where can i buy that front sight? Also does anyone know a smith in the Ottawa or Toronto are that has a fairly fast turn around time?

thanks

Hi
If the LPA rear sight is the same height as the one that came off you will not have to change the front one. When I put the LPA sights on my 97B I changed both the front and the rear. There is a fellow on this sight that sells sights for the CZ pistols. If you need his name shoot me PM and I will fill you in on the details.

I understand you have a CZ75B gun and LPA TPU rear sight that you want to install in place of original rear sight. That LPA TPU rear sight will require taller front sight, 6.5mm vs original 5.5mm.
You can order the sight either from CRAFM on Canadian side or CZCustom in USA, they ship to Canada.

do i need the 1 or 1.5 mm diameter sight?

You can use either one. The smaller one will let you shoot the gun more accurately and the larger one will let you aquire the target quicker, It is mostly a personal thing. I shoot mostly paper targets with my guns so I choose the smaller ones but I am told the Comp. guys like the larger ones

big one it is, thanks.

I use mine in IDPA. Outside the sights are very bright and leap into view. here is what an LPA installation looks like with a fibre front.
