Question about the AD-Recon QD scope mount...

This is the cantilevered version, I'm wondering if it will work with a scope that has a 50mm objective lens or will it hit the pic rail? (assuming you have a monolithic upper) Is the mount too low to make this work?

Probably too low. There is a Recon-H which is designed for larger scopes, but might be tougher to find.

I have a 24mm objective on my TR24G and the bottom of the objective is 0.850" from the top of the rail. A 40mm would fit, but I would guess a 50mm would be a litttle too large.

Well I guess I should've just went to the horses mouth first. The guy over at ADM said 50mm objectives will work, even the 56mm he said works... Just incase anyone else was wondering.

Yup it works, I run a 56mm scope and it clears the rail fine. It will not clear a folding front BUIS tho.
