ARMCO had one last time I checked for a real good price, but I think it was the longer barrel.
And I believe EPPS would be a good place to look. They have good stock in Rugers.

P&D has exactly the gun you're after for $699 new. That strikes me as a bit pricy for a Blackhawk, but these guys have a reputation for fair dealing so it probably represents a realistic, if not the best price. You could spend a lot of time searching around for the same gun only to save a couple of dollars. Of course being in the maritimes you are probably looking at a month's delivery time from Alberta, so in your case Epps might be a better bet if they have the gun you're after.

When I bought my Hi Power a customer brought in for trade a new in box unfired 357 and 44 mag Ruger Black hawk set. They had been test fired at factory only and were in a presentation case.
Dealer was The Gun Dealer McAdam N.B. http://www.thegundealer.net/ Their web site does not show the guns. I have nothing to do with these guys but they treated me OK as a client.

Epps quoted me $510.65 for a BL-31L & $629,83 for a KS-45N By far the best prices out there , Less than suggested US retail on Ruger's web site . But they are a minimum 10 week order .

I just had a look at their handgun section, and had enough when I saw they had a Colt 1911 listed as "double and single action"!
