Hey there, thought I would post up some pictures of my latest project . Let me no what you think, as well as your recommendations.

LOL thanks for the trigger lock comment i had just finished cleaning it and on glocks you have to pull the trigger to take the slide off and a glock trigger in the full rearward position generally indicates a "safe" firearm. and the cost for this build was just above 1100 so not to to bad.

Your right camera is pure s@@t but i put the money towards the rifle and let the camera suffer... o well win some and lose some, and the mags are simply airsoft mags that I bought real cheap. I cut them down so they would protrude below the pistol grip the right amount to match a true ar15, I then filed it so it would touch the mag and not the rifle, then sanded ENTIRELY, washed then epoxyed together, taped up the mag area and kyloned the sucker. Let dry and enjoy!!!!

Agreed, it is a really nice touch. My guess would be to paint over the area, letting the paint get down into the engraved area, and then quickly wiping off the paint on the flat surface. It could have been done other ways though, I'm also curious to know how the OP went about it.

I think others just used wax crayons to fill in the letters
