Help ID some milsurps ?

I turn to my favorite forum once again for help!

Here is a picture of my silly-assed sister ( You know, the crazy one...) taken down in Maine some 30 years ago. She was seeing a Vietnam vet at the time and he used to pose her like this ( ummmm.. yeah well...whatever, right? Don't even want to THINK of any other 'poses' geeeezus).

Anyways, she's been going through all her photos and putting them in albums and she came across this one... now, she asked me to identify the weapons she's holding and I'm at a bit of a loss here. I am not sure of ANY of them!

I THINK they are: a Taurus pistol, a Bushmaster rifle and a Remington pump.

Any help would be appreciated... I get to keep the mystique of being a hard-ass army guy who knows everything. ( If they only knew...)

Agreed, definitely a Daewoo with a neutered stock and an AMT.

All this stuff was legal, semiauto. But I'm curious about this Daewoo , can we own them up here in Kanuckistan? Wiki says Korean Army design, got rid of their M16's for it. Politics or just a better rifle?

Nope, Its prohibited as a variant of the Daewoo K1, which is prohibited by name.

Well then this country is being run by ####ing crazy people.

Ruger Mini-14 = Non-restricted
Colt AR-15 = Restricted
Daewoo K2 = Prohibited

WTF???? They are pretty much ALL the same rifle !! All semiauto, all fire .223Rem/5.56NATO, all look very cool and all are mean and nasty assault-rifle looking. But really no different from the Ruger which is completely legal to own.

Definately a 'hidden agenda' somewhere and it ain't so goddamned hidden now, is it.

I hate to sound like a tinfoil hat guy but, evoloution to date seems to be more go on "the list" than off. To make it consistant....??

Well...I joined the NRA back in 1971 because of the 1968 Gun Control Act... I also joined the CSSA a little while back. Not much I know, but if we all do our bit maybe we can stop these Nazis.
