Remington 700 BDL

You could actually call and ask them.....they might,..but they might not,..depends on how old the inventory is...but, even if they do it's about $75 and 5 minutes,..well if your slow it's 5 minutes,... to swap in a new assembly.

If they have the BDL you really want don't let the J-Lock stop you from having it....the old BDL version is getting hard to find these days.

I love the oldies!

Actually I think the J-Lock is now the old style... didn't they discontinue the J-Lock?

The J'lock wasn't around very many years...5 or 6 maybe?...maybe less.

What I meant by "old style" is the old walnut stocked, blued 700 BDL rifle itself.....they seem to reduce the number of chamberings available yearly...what used to be the flag ship of the line is now almost an oddity NIB...

Remington 700 with the J-lock

I think it all Bull SH*t, you get this key to unlock the bolt. Once the bolt is unlocked, you put the key away. No more problems.
Leave it alone after that.
