I have one of these 870s and was looking to unload it. It's in really good shape and has hardly been used. I can't post pics right now, but was just wondering what I should approximately ask for it.

I have two of them, paid in the $550 to $600 range for both of them. I sold one as well and received $550.00 as I recall.
 
The Rem is priced around $800 new, and for comparison sake other "marine" or nickel-plated shotties go for ~$500-$700.

So a $600 (+/- $50) should be "a good deal", for both the owner (who doesn't use it) & the would-be buyer... IMO
 
Well your in or near Ottawa and SAIL has it for $629 tax included so I would say 500 - 550 would probably be the maximum you might get used.
 
Thanks guys- that's more than I thought I would get for it anyways. It is in great shape. I have actually never sold any of my guns before, I don't even know where to start. I think I have a lot of learning to do. Do any gun shops ever just buy used guns off of a person?
