that's a russian round isn't it? pretty interested in seeing what you have that will chamber that... Just wish I could tell ya where to get the stuff

There were a number of Russian PSM pistols brought into Canada about 15 years ago. The ammo is still made by TULA as WOLF brand

I remember Century had them for sale in the mid 1990's before they left Kanada. They were also the only ones that had any ammo, albeit in small quantities. I haven't seen any ammo advertised since--not enough of a market here (or most anywhere else) I guess.

I wonder if some parent case could be used to reload some, but then what bullet could one use?
