I just bought a new Ruger K10/22 Carbine Stainless Synthetic.

I noticed that the trigger plunger is at an odd angle to the trigger.

I don`t know if this is a common problem of rugger 10/22.

Do you have any comments?

The picture might not show the odd angle pretty well.

Thanks.

The hole appears to be drilled at an angle intentionally, to allow the factory equipment to clear the trigger guard. My older one is that way too. Kind of a compromise to ease the process of machining.

they're all like that, its because they drill the hole after casting the poly/aluminum so the trigger guard is in the way of the drill.
