Looking at how the stock works - I can envision that it will have issue with short eye relief combat optics like ACOG.

The stock will fail.

If made semi-auto only and a barrel over 18.5", there is no reason this would not be non-restricted.

Then again, the RCMP is being very wacky these days.

Heard that more info will be released just around the corner..... I can't wait I am already saving for an AR or SL8 (couldn't & still can't decide which) but might just have to get one of these instead cause hey if its not my cup of tea I can always sell it
