It would be a tough regulation to prove. Maybe if the person was consistently standing between you and the deer, but, you'd have to provide proof for a charge to occur.

Reminds me of a little story several years back. Early in the fall I was at the end of a logging road. Got in early and set up my ground blind, then walked out of the area for a bit to calm the place of disturbances before returning for late day hunting. Sitting in full camo at a cut line 2 miles up the road I notice a truck slowly coming down the road. Drove right by me and continued up the road to where my truck was parked. The driver, apparently disturbed that someone else beat him to a good hunting spot. Sticks his rifle out the window and fires off a few rounds, reloads, fires again, and reloads and fires again. Puts his truck into gear, spins a few donuts spraying my truck with gravel, then tears back down the road at 80 miles an hour. All this going on while I'm looking at him through my binoculars.

So after all this fuss, the guy comes to a stop at a cut line 200 yards from me, gets out of the truck and walks down the cut line where I see him disappear after a mile or so.

I mean Really? What kind of an idiot is this guy? but there was nothing I could do about it, my hunting spot was already ruined for the day. The funny part about the entire event was when I was driving out, someone had let the air out of all four tires of this a$$hole's truck, and he asked me for help. There was nothing I could do for him because i wasn't going back to the hi-way nor did I have an air compressor, but I did ask him if he had heard a bunch of shooting? He had heard nothing , so off I went leaving him on the side of the road.

It would have been a good Law to charge this jerk with, but how do you ever prove anything? BTW, is there anyone out there looking to purchase 4 tire valves? They are very clean. Almost new.

Really??? You would leave someone stranded in the middle of nowhere? Also seems like you are suggesting that you caused him to be in that situation. Let's hope that he didn't have a medical emergency.

Vandalism "would have been a good law to charge a jerk with... "

His camp was ten minutes up the road, as were also several other vehicles there, so don't get your panties too bunched up over it.
