Browning X-Bolt

i have a savage and an xbolt

xbolt wins.... but i cant shoot well enough to tell whats more accurate... The browning just looks better

So can you tell me a bit more about the carbon fiber? Untill today when I was checking out the browning site (was hoping they added new caliburs to the varmint stalker Xbolts) I had no idea they made a carbon fiber stock. I love my Dura-touch stocks more than any other stock I have ever used and I would take wood over a synthetic stalk any day of the week...how does yours compare?

The stock is the same as the one on the stainless stalker other then it has the Carbon Fiber look to it. The barrel is fluted on the Carbon Fiber other then that there's know difference.

My wife has a Xbolt Micro Hunter in .308 and loves it. Easy to shoot, light, low recoil and just the right size for a petite hunter.
Its accurate enough and enjoyable to shoot so I'm going to upgrade her optics in case I want to borrow it next year.
I'd ask the deer from last weekend what they thought of her gun but they are both dead....
