VQ trigger parts in Canada?

Does anyone know a source for VQ parts for my MKIII ruger? I know brownells has them but would rather find them on this side 'o the border.

Also if someone with these mods done could let me know if it is worth the hassle or not. I may just remove the disconnect etc.
