Scope worth?

Just a curious question really, since we have so much experience onboard here! :D
Is my made in Japan Tasco 2-7 X 32 worth anything? Please give me a price range that you feel is fair. Five bucks? Fifty? It's been sitting in a drawer for almost 8 years now....:yingyang:
 
In serviceable condition with no scratches or loss of coatings on the lenses, I'd be willing to pay $50, if I needed a scope. (I don't, right now.)

When Tasco had their scopes made in Japan, they weren't bad.

Yeah, $50-60 would be fair. The Jap Tascos were decent scopes, particularly for the money. Certainly every bit the equal to a Bushnell. - dan

I am not currently using the scope. It came with my .307 Winchester when I bought it, but I took it off and shoot open sights. However, I'm considering a second rifle at some point and just wanted to examine my options regarding the scope. I am a hunter and don't shoot too much in any given year.

Got the answers I wanted to hear. Not a surprise. THANKS a LOT, and Merry Christmas to all of you :cool:
