:agree:
Ich sprache nicht Deutsche (and that's all I know.)
Welcome
I did recognize GSG 22lr. If it's the GSG 1911 .22 LR
I am still waiting for it. It was given to the Canada Post
location on the 22nd of December (on our Western Coast) and
it is still sitting there (The Post is now working on the Holidays).

Any welcome to the group.

Hee. I just said (in German that is probably atrocious) that I bought a GSG 1911 22lr today and wondered if people say nice things about GSG in Germany.

Hey,

thanks for the hearty welcome :)

Welcome, your English is better than most on here :). What part of Germany are you from?

Thank you, I'm feeling honoured. I'm from Lower Saxony to be precise

Welcome to CGN schnibbs. Lot's of sig fans here. What type of competition do you shoot?

I'm shooting various rifle and handgun disciplines, mostly statewide (Lower Saxony) competitions.
I especially like "National Rifle Match A (Dienstgewehr 3)"
You have to shoot 50 rounds from standing, kneeling/sitting and prone positions in precision and time series. The distance is either 100m oder 300m.

I would also love to practice IPSC Rifle, but here aren't many ranges that are suitable

I'm not into rimfires, but as far as i know they are considered as low-priced plinking fun guns.
Unfortunetaly the GSG5 models are prohibited for competitive shooters...
