Are there any black badge instructors that do 1 on 1 training in the GTA?

I've been shooting for a couple of months and feel it would be great help to have a certified trainer to get some 1 on 1 training and step up my accuracy etc and make sure I don't pick up too many bad habits.

Anyone on this forum offer lessons?

Any suggestions on where to look would be appreciated.

Thanks

My friend Alex, who lives in Oakville could be a good trainer.
He is best Open shooter in Canada and I like his style.
If you are more interested call me.

Have you been shooting IPSC or just shooting? For the latter, the best would be to take the Black Badge course first and then you can shoot with us at Burlington on Tuesdays and at Wentworth on Thursdays.

You are both wrong, it's Derril Imrie. He has more rings in Open than anyone plus rings for Standard AND Production...and he's the only USPSA GM Open shooter in Canada.
Lol really on any given year there are about 5 or 6 GMs that could win it. Ipsik has won it more than once, as has Don C. And relliott has been damn close on a few occasions.

In Ontario as far as trainers go, you can not go wrong with Alex, Pat, Rob or Wade as an instructor.
These guys can teach and have an excellent understanding of the IPSC game. You would do very well with anyone of them when they offer to help or have courses.

Now if we are going to argue who is the best, then Eric Grauffel (5 Time World Champion) would be my choice as well as as having the best course program. He does this with Gigi his father. You may need to go to France for that or the shot show if he is doing one there this year.

Danimal247, just come by at Burlington or Wentworth and ask for help. Chances are, you'll get what you are looking for. But it is not a cheap sport, you may get what you've pay for, but some times you may actually get more.
