Found a box of CIL Snider ammo 18 in a box of 20, cardboard tube with bullet in one end and brass rimmed cup in other. Box is good to excelent cond ammo is in good shape too. They are a black powder load. Who can I talk to to put a value on this?

I sold 48 for 5 bucks a pop about 5 years ago. I wish I had them now. I kept one for old times sake.
