Found a box of CIL Snider ammo 18 in a box of 20, cardboard tube with bullet in one end and brass rimmed cup in other. Box is good to excelent cond ammo is in good shape too. They are a black powder load. Who can I talk to to put a value on this?
Cardboard tube? Could it be a paper wrap around a coiled sheet of brass inside?
See Attached Head.
