M14 stock finish

Hi guys,I am looking to buy a m14 stock without a finish.
I was looking at pictures from the 60's on the finish,is
the finish like the Lee Enfield,or like a hunting rifle?

2-3 days ago there was one Boyd's unfinished for 60$ shipped in the EE.

It said SPF,wasn't sure it sold when it still says that.

If you don't know, SPF stands for Sold Pending Funds. You could PM the seller to be the next if the deal drops but you'll need luck.

Original finish for Garand and M14 stocks would be tung oil.
