The handguard has two vented slots on either side. If you can't find one to go with your stock, the steel vented guards look good on the Choate, and probably do a better job of ventilating with the extra perforations.
he bought it from me... used...i got it used from someone else used , IT DID NOT COME WITH A HANDGUARD WHEN I GOT IT.
i never asked the seller if it came with a handguard i just got one on my own.
if the buyer..(and no this was not an EE trade so dont ban this or lock down the thread) dont think its fair that it didnt come with a handguard (that you can get from marstar for 7.95$) then PLEASE just send the stock back and i will return your FULL PURCHASE PRICE (which included shipping it to you)no questions asked.

When you sell something, you have to describe exactly what comes with the product. The buyer will expect to get the product that he would get when purchased new only in used condition. If you did not underline that it does not come with a handgurad, whether it $3 or $8, it doesn`t matter you are responsible. I personally wouldn`t purchase from you anymore. What if I bought a Glock from you and it came without a barrel? Ohh sorry it's used. So?
And I did not know used stocks automatically come with missing parts.
did you miss the big print that i got it used and it didnt come with one when i got it .... are you saying if you bought an m4 off of someone here and it didnt come shipped with a mag its not your fault for asking about one ... i personally dont care that you wouldent deal with me it was a private sale and i even was willing to give the money back...he contacted me and said it was ok the way it was.

If it didn`t come with one when you bought it, maybe you should have listed that you're selling it without a handguard and not false advertise. Thats correct, if I would buy and M4 I would expect it to come with all the parts needed to function properly.
once again this was not an EE trade i did not list anything nor was any questions asked about a used piece... but of course you know that because the guy who your sideing with just HAPPENS to be on your friends list
