does anyone know how to adjust the over travel screw and the pertravel adjustment on these trgger groups?

There's a setscrew in back of the trigger group. It's reached with a long allen key from behind the trigger.

what type of screw is in the trigger group slotted or allen key...any one what size?

Got your PM.
For pre-travel adjustment, remove the pin that holds in your mag release & bolt release. (Careful...your mag plunger/spring may fly out also!)
Look inside that "void" in your trigger group and you will see a very small set screw that can be turned in or out against your trigger.
