What a load of crap it is a stock what's the deal? There are lots of after market stocks sold in Canada for a SKS
 
It's only legal if you have a toddler harvesting permit, or THP. If you want to know where to get a THP, you have some work to do. It is a grandfathered permit, meaning if you don't have one, you can't get one unless someone is willing to sell you theirs, and even then, you have to change your name. Not worth the hassles, IMHO.

I am pretty sure no one has a grandfathered license for bullpup stocks. I think they had to get rid of them just no one has grandfathered 30 round magazines.

I am pretty sure no-one has a toddler harvesting permit either. Except my grandfather.

I love the smell of bullpup threads in the morning.

It's considered prohibited because it "alters" the firearm into a bullpup. That's why, which is total crap. Barrel length doesn't change, it is still within non-restricted parameters.

There's a large controversy over bullpups at the moment. Look what happened to the Type 97...
