It's only legal if you have a toddler harvesting permit, or THP. If you want to know where to get a THP, you have some work to do. It is a grandfathered permit, meaning if you don't have one, you can't get one unless someone is willing to sell you theirs, and even then, you have to change your name. Not worth the hassles, IMHO.
I am pretty sure no-one has a toddler harvesting permit either. Except my grandfather.I am pretty sure no one has a grandfathered license for bullpup stocks. I think they had to get rid of them just no one has grandfathered 30 round magazines.

I love the smell of bullpup threads in the morning.
You really can't blame people here. The laws make no sense whatsoever...

you can only possess certain prohibited firearms if you have a prohibited firearms license which can only be grandfathered. so none of us can have one.
I dont know what the hell revilo is talking about... lots'a crasies out there...
So how do I apply for a THP? Can I get one after my ATC class III is approved?
If the laws made sense we'd never see any Tavors, FS2000's, PS90's or RFB's... or 10-round LAR15's, for that matter.

You guys better check your sarcasm and humour detectors, they appear to be broken.
Or we could have them all because a gun is a gun. Mark
