Are 308 Win and 7.5 Swiss comparable?

Would a powder charge in a 308 Win be Comparable or almost indentical results ie Muzzle velocity to the same charge in 7.5 Swiss? i`m having trouble finding Swiss load data.

mbogo3, speaks the truth. You need to know which model you are loading for. The late K31 actions are the strongest.

No - the 7.5X55 Swiss cartridge has greater powder capacity, and the same load will be upwards of 200 fps faster in the 308.

I`ll be using a K31 and IMR powders usually 4064 and 150 168 & 180 gr bullets.
