May want to look at the Blackhawk IVS Performance Cheek Pad - thermo-molded, zippered pouch, cartridge loops and can build up the height.
I've seen these before as well but I'm not entirely sure how you can "build them up" so to speak for cheek weld. They would have to have something between the pouch and the stock of the rifle, which is the same as the Eagle is it not?
I have one of the eagle ones, the best part is the material used on the cheek piece, very soft but firm and comfortable to shoot from.
one pain was the direction of the zipper on the pouch.. always figured it should either be double or zipped from the other way.

I use computer mouse pads to build up for cheek weld.
Just cut to size.
