Which M14 to Buy?

I'm sure they will be recent issue rifles and Wolverine is a top notch dealer that wouldn't be selling you junk. I would also think they could tell you about this particular rifle and its markings.

Wow this thread sure took off!

So a Norc it is! And it looks like Wolverine is the place to buy from? It'll be a few months, as I just got myself a lil something for xmas, but I'll watch the EE as well.

Who does the Alberta clinics? Are they just advertised on the forum when one in coming up?

Some of you may want to have a look at the following which is a comparative review written by yours truly a wee while back:

M305 is awesome, no doubt if your looking for good iron sights your making the right choice, It's a little heavy but with a good sling it won't let you down. I put $500 easy on my Norinco

I just got a Norinco from Badger, $429. It came with a hard case a 5 rd mag AND a 5/20 rd mag (a lot of dealers leave them out) I ordered it late on a Friday and had it the next Friday. You can't get the Wood stocked ones anymore from what I've heard. I immediately ordered a boyds walnut stock for $111 to my door, same deal, I ordered it on a Friday and had it next Friday. I then sold the synthetic stock on the EE.

I have been enjoying the M305 FOR SEVERAL YEARS. If you follow the tweaks that hungry recommends you will find that it doesn't take deep pockets to build a fun safe accurate rifle.Badger is good to deal with and what you save in tax will pay shipping but you won't get better after sales service anywhere than at Wolverine .Hungry if you are doing a m14 seminar in Manitoba i will attend. The last one was a great day except for jokes HE HE. I HAVE HAD GOOD RESULTS WITH WHAT I LEARNED AT THE LAST ONE and they are just lots of fun
