WW, I am flattered that you checked me out. Thanks:D You never went far enough. It is true that in the last 2 years I have spent quite a bit of time in those forums, but I could not help check out the f word in the title of this one. Again it makes my day that you bothered.:D:D

My mistake! I only assumed you had a camo pattern on your shorts because the way you smell like bull ####;)

I am sure we will talk again the next time you try to divide gun owners by your fictiional stories.

I like IDPA.
I like my wood/blue guns.
I like my black gun.
I like my pistols.
I like zombie targets.
I like hunting.
I pick up other people's garbage at the range.
I pick up other people's garbage in the woods.
If I could afford them, I would buy an AR, a Citori, an S&W 686, a tactical shotgun and a few more various guns right now.
I belong to NFA & CSSA
I also belong to OFAH.

So WTF am I? I don't really care what you think I am. I believe a lot if not most of us fall into various categories and that makes us "firearms enthusiasts". This sniping re: fudds vs. whatever is bulls**t. I think we should stop wasting our time on these fruitless discussions and channel that energy into fighting the anti's, and banding together to show society that we are, for the most part, a class act. Not a bunch of petulant children.

And no, I don't think I'm better than anybody else. I'm just heart-sick to see this type of bickering.

Fudds etc.

Well this SOF, and the 'F' does NOT stand for Fudd! on the contrary, Fox, Fool, Fart but certainly not Fudd, as I have owned, shot, used pistols (Luger, Walther, S & W etc.), shotguns, rifles (commercial and milsurps), cap locks, and in my declining years, I am focusing on the SKS and Ruger 10/22 carbine.

If I was to again hunt deer, I would be sorely tempted to take my SKS with Tech 200 peep and proper soft point ammo, without the bayonet or cleaning rod, other wise as issued. And any Fudd in camp, with his Remington or Winchester semi who took issue :eek: would receive an ear full.

I recall about 20 years ago, well before C-68 came into force, meeting a young man who was shooting an SKS yet felt that all pistols should be banned. We had a very spirited dialogue:mad:

As was said by a patriot, I believe during the start of the American Revolution, "we will hang separetely if we don't hang together!"

This applies today for us in the anti gun climate we face.

And I thought it was /is the perfect way to end a cartoon. However it has begun to look like this bloody thread has taken on a life of its' own and is never going to end.

For a while about 65 or so posts back I thought I was home free from being a "fudd". Now I am not so sure because I only own long guns designed for hunting although some are in fact stainless and black synthetics.:rolleyes:

The one factor that would ensure you are 100% fudd, is if you willingly choose to shun fellow shooters,solely based on thier choice of recreational shooting iron or tool of harvest.

If you are truly open minded and non-judgemental of others, you cannot by definition be a fudd.
 
A fudd is the type of guy that will litterally #### himself out of sheer frustration when he see's a young male OR female with anything looking "military". They hate the term "murrrica" and if you shoot any semi auto they will make up stories of you using AK47's firing full auto all over the place. Our worst enemy.

Also, they hate anything that makes you totally awesome. So gunning a short barreled AR with your hot gf having fun as well with cool looking shades and shiny white shoes make their poop softer than usual. Very soft. Kind of like a very dark, pudding.

Funny, everytime I go to the range its always a mess. I don't mind taking a good sweep once in a while and play the Janitor part. Some #######s everywhere, takes 5min. I'm young, don't mind the hardcore work out ;)
