The question is how will the RCMP Class it they already did prohib with the GSG 5..
i thought that the GSG 5 was prohib cause it replicates/mimics a prohib gun (MP5)? Not because of the company.

I can see the RCMP putting them on the prohib list real fast.
That SSD G43 is going to cost about $3000 CAN. Wolverine Supplies is the only Canadian SSD dealer now, Marstar let go of their dist rights and are just selling old stock.
What do you mean by sticker shock?
I found the rifle, but I can't find a price. Anyone know if Marstar will bring these in?

I wonder if they solved the original gas system being too hot and the problem of them exploding if they have a head separation?

"Marstar let go of their dist rights and are just selling old stock."
Please get your facts straight before making such statements.... You are are way off base here....
Apart from pending legal action, one of the main reasons we stopped importing their products was due to lack of support and quality control issues....

I don't get this sort of statement..
The RCMP can't arbitrarily deem something prohibited,
If it's deemed to be a variant of an already prohibited firearm.. then yes.
The RCMP tests and classify firearms according to the Firearms ACT
to deem a firearm prohibited outside of type requires a OIC and we have not seen such a thing happen for a long time.

Lets just hope the mp40 is 26+ inches folded.
If the length is the same as the original MP 40 when folded and unfolded, it will be restricted.
833 mm (32.8 in) stock extended / 630 mm (24.8 in) stock folded
Read my post about 3 down from that one![]()
