Best way to contact has pretty much always been via phone and even then..they're a busy bunch and it's not always practical (or wise) to walk to the phone when you have a job in progress on the mill / lathe etc.

If we have not responded to an email in a week, chances are high you were "filtered" out by telus. We have been having some serious issues with the great communication giant who is our internet provider. I can hardly wait until our new website is complete, then bye bye telus

Please resend any email you sent as we do pride ourselves on trying to respond to inquiries in a very timely manner.
If phone is the plan mornings are the best as by luch all hell has broken loose on a daily basis.

ATRS is currently building a Mk12 Mod0 upper for me. So far service is excellent. My e-mails always get answered by the next day or same day.

Not likely in the near future as we have a ton of stuff on the go that I am already waaaay behind on.

Rick rocks.....go in with a heavy wallet and lots of time, if you're dropping in to talk specs with Rick you might find him in the middle dealing with someone else building their dream rifle....and dreams take time. Be patient, chat with the young fella, drool all over their display rifles, think of ways to convince the wife you "need" the little rifle over his safe....when it's your turn you'll get full attention.
