Hey all ... well I finally got it the way I wanted it ... AGAIN :D :p

I finally got my parts back from ArmaCoat, got some choice pieces done up in Dark Earth. Their version doesn't quite match the FDE from Magpul but I like it just the same.

And ... this is it, I REALLY cut myself off.

I swapped out the 16.5 Barrel in favor for another Dlask but shorter 12.5" Bull Barrel. Took off the AFG2 and went with a RVG instead. Chopped down my side rails because it felt to wide for my grip, but still left enough room to mount my flashlight and any other gear that could be useful up front.

Once it warms up a bit more I am off to my range to see what she can do.

I was shooting some good groups before the real cold weather set it. Most were shot at 25 & 50yrds, anywhere from 1.5 - 2" groups with some wingers (my fault) shot with a scope. This set up is strictly going to be a red dot for hunting small game so I won't know till it warms up a bit to put some on paper.

It's just a 10/22 mag glued to a Pmag.

The barrel shoots well, I put Remington and AE down the pipe with good groups when I had it scoped. I haven't tried out with the Propoint yet. Once it warms up I'll punch some paper and see how well it shoots.

I figure about $1900 in parts shown (taxes & shipped) including the cost of the rifle. But I bet I spent more than $2300 just trying to find the right combination to get it just right.
 
Wow nice rig man. Youve got yours setup just about like i want mine to look. Only diff so far is that i got have the 12 inch dlask barrel on it. Gotta toot my horn a little here, i got the first one of those 7 inch quad rails made! I have considered to going back up to a 14 or 16 inch barrel though.

Is it a butler creek 25rnd or standard rotary 10rnd I meant. It looks short for a 25rnd if it is.
