when does a gun become a sniper rifle?

When you shoot a human with a gun at range its a sniper rifle, and there is no such law.
It's simple really. All the rifles you see are Tactical rifles / Precision rifles. It's not till there in the hands of an actual sniper that they become sniper rifles. There are certain platforms that are common to be used by snipers but they are just rifles. Nothing about the rifle makes it a "sniper rifle"
"Sniper rifles" are used by two types of people.
1. Snipers and
2. People who call magazines "clips" and rounds "bullets".
The difference is that snipers are highly trained individuals and the others are retards who play too many video games. I'm sixteen years old and when my parents tried to make me play "Call of ####head" like a "normal kid" I refused, as those games are, in my eyes, one of the things making people believe guns are toys and/or weapons.

One must attain full membership at BBRC, have an maintain an up todate valid card that you have completed an exhaustive 45 min course on the politics of above mentioned child day care centre an been annointed by Skeetgunner, before you can possess rifles or refer ones self as a sniper.

At least these guys are not very smart, there should be some sort of IQ test attached to joining this forum....I think that would make it next to impossible for any NDP or Liberal voter to get in.
