Here's one of my creations, a 100 year anniversary edition W94 Big Bore in 7mm STE It features a stainless steel Gaillard barrel topped with a Redfield 2-7x widefield scope and then I nickle plated the whole gun to match. Shoots my own handmade 135gr. bullets into an inch at 100 yrds @2700fps.

I couldn't agree with you more. I think one of these days I'm going to do the conversion --- a 336 in either 7-30 Waters or 7 STE.

If that's the case my kids are going to be VERY traumatized. I think the neighbors are too, they look at me funny when the kids carry the scabbards into the house for me.
I can't wait to get out of the `burbs.
