If the seller of an antique based in the states offered to throw in some brass and dies for the gun... could those travel across the border???

I know that an antique gun can come across no problem, but I don't know about reloading equipment.... especially since most commercial places won't ship (which is either they aren't interested in the hassle or the BATF or State Department has done something).
Anyone know?
